In August 2018 I embarked on my first symposium on the beautiful island of Sardinia. I was one of 10 artists who went to work under the supervision of Giulio Menossi. We were given a brief which was to interpret "Layers and Paths" and asked to produce a mosaic work on that theme.  Strato is my finished work. It represents the layers from the centre of the earth to the Sun.
